What's Covered?
Any fault which your product develops as a result of a manufacturing, design or component failure.
What's NOT Covered?
Accidental damage, general mistreatment, consumables (such as ink rollers) or as a result of incorrect storage, such as items being stored in an excessively hot or damp area.
What is Return To Base?
Where the product must be returned to Shop Supplies UK LTD at the clients cost, it is the responsibility of the returning party to ensure the product reaches Shop Supplies UK LTD in the condition sent, it is recommended that adequate packaging, shipping insurance and an appropriate "Signed For" delivery method are used.
We are unable to accept any liability for returned products until such time as they have been delivered to Shop Supplies UK LTD and signed for by the Shop Supplies UK LTD returns department.
What is Dead On Arrival?
Where a product can only be deemed as faulty and therefore applicable for a refund or replacement within 7 business days from arrival, this warranty type is generally saved for products which are particularly sceptable to damage if stored inappropriately. For example, our paper based products such as Price Labels, Till Rolls and Shelf Edging must be stored in a cool, dry place. If however they are stored where moisture is at an excessive level for this product, the paper and adhesive will break down and will not function as designed. Shop Supplies UK LTD does not accept liability for this and as such only offers a Dead On Arrival type warranty on these products. We hasten to add this standard across the industry as the storage method is outside of our control. We have taken appropriate measures to minimise this with the design of the Polythene sleeving with all our Price Labels.
