In the unlikely event that you wish to return your items, please use the following process:

Once we have received your items and have confirmed the condition and reason for the return, either a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds via Credit Card or Debit Card normally take 7 business days to appear on your card.

Shop Supplies UK LTD is not responsible for your items reaching us in the condition they were sent, in the event that your items become damaged or lost during transit to Shop Supplies UK LTD, you will need to contact your courier / postal service and claim adequate compensation.

If you item is being returned, but not as a result of a fault, you maybe liable for a 10% administration charge, this is to cover the cost of the refund charge made to us by our Credit Card processing company.
